This Privacy Policy describes how Scales Performance handles personal information in connection with the Scales Performance Hub app and related support communications.

The app provides workout and training content, optional account sign-in, and premium subscription access. If you do not agree with this policy, do not use the service.

We do not ask you to enter payment card details directly into the app. Payments are processed by Apple, Google, and their commerce systems, with subscription state managed through RevenueCat.

  • Account and profile information, such as your email address, name, profile image, and account identifier, when you sign in with Google, Apple, or another supported provider.
  • Profile records stored in our backend, such as your role, account creation date, and updates needed to manage your access to the app.
  • Subscription and entitlement information, such as product identifiers, entitlement status, renewal or expiration dates, and store metadata used to confirm premium access.
  • Communications you send to us directly, including emails and support requests.

How We Use Information

  • Authenticate your account and maintain your profile.
  • Provide free and premium workout content.
  • Process purchases, restore purchases, and verify subscription access.
  • Respond to support requests and other messages you send to us.
  • Protect the app, troubleshoot issues, and improve service reliability.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party service providers to operate the app. These providers may process personal information on our behalf as needed to deliver their services.

  • Supabase for authentication, account management, and backend data storage.
  • RevenueCat for subscription management and entitlement syncing.
  • Apple and Google for sign-in and in-app subscription billing, depending on your platform and account choice.

How Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising SDKs in the app.

  • With service providers that help us run the app and support subscriptions.
  • When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • As part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, if one occurs.

Data Retention

We keep account, profile, and subscription-related information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records of purchases and entitlements, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

If you want to request deletion of your account information, contact us at the email address below. We may keep certain records where retention is required for legitimate business or legal purposes.

Your Choices

  • You can choose whether to sign in and which supported sign-in provider to use.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of the personal information we control, subject to applicable law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version with a revised effective date.
